An Ada, OK native and graduate of the University of Missouri, Joshua became a certified real estate appraiser  in 2003.  He joined a commercial real estate group in 2015 while overseeing trusts and portfolios with heavy real estate assets.  2020 brought an opportunity to join a group of investors crafting detailed pro forma analyses and negotiating contracts and leases.  Joshua believes in “Strategizing to make the perfect real estate deal every time”.  When he’s not focused on real estate you can find him enjoying family time, watching football, or recording music.
