Heather Smithson is the Director of Operations for EXIT Realty Premier. In this position, she works closely with the Broker Owners of EXIT Realty Premier, EXIT Corporate offices and the numerous associates within the EXIT Realty Premier brokerage, providing various levels of administrative assistance, training and support. In 2022, Heather became a licensed Realtor® to further support her growing number of agents within the office.
Heather joined EXIT in 2013 under the original brokerage of EXIT Realty Martin & Associates, where her role started off as clerical staff. The position quickly grew into an administrative position, Transaction & Funding Coordinator, where she became responsible for managing real estate files, enforcing OREC compliance, and generating funding documentation so agents can be paid in a timely manner. Among many other duties, she also assists with the coordination of various activities, meetings, conferences and workshops.
Prior to her position with EXIT Realty, Heather attended the University of Central Oklahoma and worked as a Pharmacy Technician for local pharmacies in Guthrie, OK. for eight years. Her positions included Head Technician and Compounding Specialist.
