Allicia Lay

Born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, Allicia has always valued the importance of community and connection. In 2012, she moved to Chickasha, where she successfully owned and operated local businesses before transitioning into real estate. When Allicia began her real estate career, she moved to Norman — a community she quickly fell in love with and where she continues to help clients find their place to call home.

With a strong background in entrepreneurship and a passion for networking, Allicia brings a relationship-driven approach to guiding buyers, sellers, and investors across the OKC metro and beyond. As the co-founder of Rose Rock Property Management, she also provides expertise in residential and commercial property management, giving her clients a unique advantage in understanding the full scope of real estate ownership.

Outside of real estate, Allicia is a devoted mother to four daughters and cherishes time spent with family. Whether she’s connecting with neighbors at a Norman event, supporting her girls’ activities, or sharing insights about the local market, Allicia embodies the balance of community involvement, business savvy, and genuine care for the people she serves.
