Main dining area has 2 tables, 10 booths and 3 family booths (dining area holds approx. 65 people). There is a separate men/women bathroom. Pay counter, with cash register. Waitress station has prep area, drink area, ice maker with water filter system, small fridge and sink. Kitchen area has commercial fridge, 6 burner stove with 2 ovens, large lighted vent hood with automatic fire extinguisher feature, 2 grills, 2 fryers, char broiler, several prep tables, "sandwich box" w/under counter freezer, hot vegetable station. Walk-in cooler, Walk-in freezer, small office, dishwashing room with sanitizer. Commercial mixers, slicers, utensils, pans, trays, storage containers, dishes, glasses, silverware, napkin holders, salt and pepper shakers, it's all here! Barbeque Anyone? There is a separate ventilated building complete with smoker.
